When wedding photographer Laura Luis shared this stunning engagement session captured in Highland Springs Olive Grove in Cherry Valley, California, we had to post some of our favorite images. Laura gives us the scoop on the details:
"The original inspiration for the photo shoot was to create a very elegant, upscale feel in an outdoor setting. Highland Springs' olive tree grove offered a beautiful, Mediterranean-style setting against which to shoot with the deep navy hues and soft, earthy gold and taupe of the two gowns contrasting with the palette of soft, muted greens in the olive tree leaves. Many outdoor shoots have a playful and light look to them, and we wanted to diverge with something very refined, sensual, and moody. We especially loved the touch of the guy strumming his guitar by the 1000-year-old live oak tree."
