Today we are sharing a special destination wedding photographed by PW Preferred Vendor Absolutely Loved Photography. Kate and Brendan's tropical affair was set against the backdrop of the bright blue sea beneath the west Maui mountains.

The wedding ceremony took place in the shady garden beneath a tropical inspired arch at Olowalu Plantation House. To honor Brendan's Fijian heritage, the couple partook in a traditional Kava ceremony after saying their marriage vows.

Following the ceremony, the guests enjoyed craft cocktails by the ocean. Their reception took place in the courtyard beneath a huge monkeypod tree. Natural runners of tropical foliage and flowers graced the long wooden tables. Golden sea animals were scattered about the tables creating a unique ocean theme seating arrangement.

The newly weds enjoyed a fantastic display of cotton candy colored skies as they kissed beneath the sunset.
