Since we call the Hawaiian Islands home, we can appreciate the beauty that it often inspires. The floral team at Isari Flower Studio + Event Design and the designers at The Lotus Blanc collaborated on a colorful and gorgeous photo shoot at Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa in San Diego, California.
Designer and stylist, Saida Munroe of The Lotus Blanc fills us in on her vision for the day. "We really wanted to evoke the feel of an island destination wedding from our own backyard in a sort of Hawaii meets California vibe. We were inspired by the lush vegetation and flowers of the islands. We wanted to capture the vibrant lifestyle Hawaii exudes while keeping true to the relaxed beach culture of San Diego where our photo shoot took place. The day of the shoot was so idyllic! We were instantly transported to the tropics with Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa as our backdrop."
