When San Francisco couple April and Mark decided to host an intimate celebration after officially tying the knot in City Hall, they looked to the naturally gorgeous surrounds of California's Tomales Bay. After a date night at Nick's Cove Restaurant, Oyster Bar and Cottages, they both knew the charming seaside outpost was the place to host their family and friends for the weekend. has been gloriously revived.

Gently nestled on the east shore of Tomales Bay, which has long been celebrated as one of the California coast's most spectacular settings, the restaurant and oyster bar has been revived and restored to perfection over the years. Wedding photographer Rebecca Gosselin says, "Mark and April are city people but they've always enjoyed venturing to the coast to explore so it was natural for them to choose a venue where  the sea meets the land."

April and Mark said "I Do" in the nearby Tomales Presbyterian Church in Marin they set up camp in the coastal private cottages, each with its own soaking tub, heated ceramic floors and rainforest showers.

After an intimate dinner and jovial toasts (Nick's kitchen serves up some of the freshest sustainable, local seafood and oysters that Northern California has to offer), everyone headed to the dance floor for some live blue grass music by The Tuttles with AJ Lee. The spectacular night ended with s'mores by the fire pit, in true camp style.
