Audrey and Chase chose the private estate Hale Honu for their wedding venue. The beautiful oceanfront property is named after the Hawaiian green sea turtle, or honu in Hawaiian. The warm ocean waters of Makena are a favorite home or hale for these majestic creatures, hence the name Hale Honu. Audrey worked with Maui wedding planners from Belle Destination Events, Lena and Jane, to complement the beach scene with calligraphy seating cards in sand and a tropical motif carried through in the white and ivory flowers, a mix of white orchids and calla lillies. Maui wedding photographer Joanna Tano captured the emotional moments of the day.

The red and grey color story added a classic touch to the elegant wedding, with bridesmaids in strapless red dresses and the groomsmen in grey suits.

Don Lax serenaded the couple with a classic wedding march on the violin.

Hale Honu's multi-level facade of cascading waterfalls and infinity pools created a grand entrance for the bride and her father.

Guests were treated to delicious flavors of the sea created by the very talented Aloha Events Catering, Maui.
