Michelle Nakaya began Ginniberries as a personal chef in 1996. Her clients hosted many dinner and cocktail parties and this is where the coconut wireless buzz began. For a solid 10 years, her business has been simply "word of mouth". Ginniberries grew rapidly from a personal chef business to a full service catering company acquiring a reputation for creative and contemporary presentation, along with a wide variety of food flavors.
