SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of items in stock. Most purchases are shipped by Parcel Post from our Maui location, however, items ordered together may not be shipped together. Because many of our items are handmade, quantities are limited, and some items may not be immediately available. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days of purchase. Your credit card will not be charged until items are shipped. Federal Express delivery is available for rush orders at an additional charge.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do our best to provide you with the highest quality merchandise. Please note, many of our items are handmade in the islands, and therefore are unique in appearance. Please call toll free 1.877.233.3310 should you need to exchange or return an item. RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% RESTOCKING FEE.

DELIVERY TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS/GIFT ORDERS
We are happy to ship your items to a different address. Please fill in the requested information, as well as any personal message (for gift items) you wish to include. Should you be ordering by phone, please give the sales representative the gift message. If you would like items to be delivered to a hotel where you will be staying, you must include the name to which the room will be registered, as well as your dates of arrival and departure. It is helpful to have a local contact name (wedding coordinator, concierge, etc.) to avoid items being lost. The items can be shipped in advance if you provide the required information. Please add delivery charges per address.

SALES TAX
For all shipments to Hawaii, please add 4.16% sales tax. This includes items shipped to Hawaii resorts or condominiums.

ENGRAVED ITEMS
Many of our items can be engraved with your names and wedding date for a charge of $15 for the first item, with a lesser charge for additional (identical) items with the same engraved message. Please call for an estimate on multiple items. Our vintage icons can be used with engraved messages at no additional charge.
