Many of you who follow Love Notes® know that Shaunna Keough was once the managing editor for Pacific Weddings and my close partner in guiding editorial designs for the magazine. A year ago, she and her handsome beau Jason Nygren set off on a four month adventure traveling through Thailand, Bangkok and a list exotic ports of call (I wrote about it here). We met up in Soho in July, and she excitedly shared the news of her engagement! With just six weeks until she says, “I do,” Shaunna has decided to chronicle her wedding journey via a new wedding blog To The Horizon. It has only been one day and already the blog is filled with inspirational images. And she has remained true to one of my favorite adages, “Keep it brief and amazing!” Despite the fact that she’s chosen her family’s fabulous Massachusetts beach house as her wedding venue, you’ll be seeing the culmination of her plans in the pages of Pacific Weddings.
