Some artists have this innate talent to create truly timeless work. Debbie Hemingway, of the eponymous Designs by Hemingway, is one of those gifted people. I was perusing a back issue of Pacific Weddings when I came across a feature in which Debbie had created gorgeous tropical bouquets. I realized (yet, again) that her designs from several years ago are just as relevant and beautiful today, and her wiring and assemblage are as impeccable as her taste. Any florist will tell you that tropical bouquets present a particular challenge due to their bulky stems and weight, and Debbie is a master at working with just such natural elements to create unique floral designs.
