Holiday Party Palette: Glittery Pink + Snow White

All that glitters isn’t necessarily gold this holiday season. We are noticing pretty pink sparkles adorning everything from Christmas trees to ornaments and stockings! The California design girls at Sitting in a Tree Events styled a fabulous shoot captured by Joielala, shown above. Their inspiration? “Glitter, confetti, champagne, deer, gold, hot pink and more glitter.”

We love the this glittered Christmas village by Livy of A Field Journal. She used cereal boxes, bottle-brush trees and lots and lots of glitter, via Twig & Thistle. Anthropologie’s tiny vintage jar of glitter will add sparkle and glitz to any craft, cards and holiday tableaus.

The duo of Styled Creative put together so much pale pink and shimmery white loveliness, captured by photographer Alison Conklin. We especially adore the polka dot cake and glittery cupcakes by Brown Betty Desserts.

We spotted this beautiful table from Vesna at My Little Jedi in Australia over on the Amy Atlas blog and fell in love with the splashes of gold and ombre.  that includes a cake with an Ombre vibe. The unexpected holiday palette of blush, peach and gold paired with tulle and glitter is whimsical and fun. A dessert table features glittered cakes, mini glittered macarons, Christmas tree sugar cookies and  a pink and gold glitter macaron tower.
