Graze for Wedding Day Energy
Filed Under
bridal fitness, bridesmaids & flower girls, food and drink

It’s not uncommon for brides and even their bridesmaids to neglect to eat properly on the wedding day. In all the excitement, nerves and preparation, it really is easy to forget. My suggestion is to prepare snacks ahead of time. Ask a trusted friend or a family member to take on this little task, and make sure you specify your preferred list, otherwise you know you won’t eat it. I found these neat snack boxes from a UK company, Graze, which offers healthy snacks of dried and fresh fruits and nuts. While I adore the packaging, you could really easily make this a simple DIY project. Just delegate or you’ll go hungry—it’s better to graze than phase.  xo~ robyn

Or even better, offer them to your vendors to keep them working hard all day.
