Cancellations must be in writing and cannot be accepted after space closing date. For print ads, terms are
50% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing of contract, 50% balance due upon proof of publication. All
payments are non-refundable after space closing deadline.
In case of late payment, a fee of $25 will be charged in addition to the amount due as stated above for each occurrence. In the event of default of payment,
your account may be placed in the hands of an attorney and or collection agency for collection. At the time of default, advertiser/advertising agency shall
immediately forfeit any commissions or discounts for the gross amounts billed.
Advertising materials are due by space closing date as specified on the rate card. Upon acceptance of this agreement the advertiser and or agency agrees
to pay all reasonable costs associated with the collection effort including but not limited to attorney fees. In the event that the advertiser retains an
advertising agency, both parties shall be jointly liable for payment terms of this agreement. Any controversy arising out of or relating to this contract, or the
breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration rules
(including the Emergency Interim Relief Procedures) or by the Dispute Prevention and Resolution Inc. in accordance with their rules. The filing party
requesting arbitration shall select the American Arbitration or Dispute Prevention and Resolution Inc. for administration and the rules for arbitration.
Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) in favor of Pacific Rim Publishing Group, Inc. may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
The arbitrator shall have the authority to reward reasonable attorneys fees to Pacific Rim Publishing Group, Inc. in arbitration.
Advertising materials are due by space closing date as specified on the rate card provided. Acceptance of all advertising is subject to publisher’s approval
and agreement by the advertiser/advertising agency to indemnify and protect the publisher from all loss or expense on claims or suits based upon contents
of the subject matter of such advertisements. This includes but is not limited to suits for libel, plagiarism, copyright infringement and unauthorized use of a
person’s name or photograph. Any artwork, typesetting, or other production service provided by Pacific Rim Publishing Group, Inc. will be considered the
property of Pacific Rim Publishing Group, Inc. unless otherwise agreed to in writing in advance.
